First and foremost, we are adventure junkies. We have been riding, racing, tinkering with, and doing every legal (wink wink) thing you can think of on the trails year round since 1980. Growing up in the bitter cold snow covered cities in northern Michigan and the U.P, snowmobiling and using SXSs is a way of life. Beyond that we are well trained mechanics that work on a variety of toys in our shop right outside Grand Rapids, Michigan. Q: What is the difference between the snowmobile / SXS GPS kits and the stand alone GPS units?
A: The snowmobile and SXS GPS kits are the same weatherproof GPS units as our stand alone units. The kits come with the mounting and power supply that are custom fit for each make and model of snowmobile or SXS. We even 3D print some of our mounts for perfect fitment.

Q: What is the difference between the snowmobile GPS kits and the SXS GPS kits?

Q: Can you still open the glovebox on the skidoo gen4 and xs/xm with the extended glovebox?
A: Yes!


Q: What if I don't see my make and model listed here?
A: Chances are we can still make something work. Don't hestitate to reach out! You can also purchase the GPS unit by itself!

Q: What process is used to weatherproof these units?

Q: I do not have a battery, can I still use your GPS System?
A: Yes we have solutions for this.

Q: Are these units "Waterproof"?
A: No. We consider it “weatherproof” they do not have any “IP” rating which suggests they can be submerged in water. They are simply sealed against elements (IE rain, snow, etc) but are not guaranteed to operate underwater or be safe after being submerged at any depth for any amount of time. We have used these units for years on end with the same process and they have probably seen 50 feet of snow fall on them over the years with no issues, but actual water pressure is a whole different ballgame.

Q: Can I use the GPS on my ATV / SxS in the summer? Do you have mounts for those too?
A: Absolutely! These units can be easily transferred between all your toys. Give us a shout if you want some more information!
